Every so often you cross paths with people that make your environment better. Michael Brennan is one of those people. He is the Gallery Director over at Noosa Regional Gallery and \u2014 as of this very moment \u2014 deep within a five-week-long Floating Land<\/a> campaign, which closes this weekend. His dedication to the arts and willingness to challenge the status quo is contagious. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Cheers for the guide, Michael. And, if you haven\u2019t done so already, go and check out Floating Land while you still can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I love projects that make you feel uncomfortable in ways that we all should more often \u2014 and I reckon this promises to be one of them. Honest, colourful and darkly humorous \u2014 these conflicting characteristics will no doubt leave you trying to find your place in it all, which is one of the things I think art should do whenever it can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
